Marc Morin
President & CEO

Marc Morin is an experienced technology entrepreneur with over 20 years experience in technology product development.

Prior to starting Emforium Group Inc., Marc was one of the co-founders and CTO of Sandvine Corporation, which is now a publicly traded company, listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange and the London AIM Exchange. Marc helped shape the business and technology strategy for the company and its direction.

Marc was also one of the co-founders and CTO of PixStream Incorporated, which was sold to Cisco Systems in late 2000 for US$369M. As part of the PixStream business, a spin off, Kaparel Systems was created and later sold to Rittal.

Marc received an Engineering Degree from the University of Waterloo and an MBA from Wilfrid Laurier University.

Marc is an active angel investor and is involved in numerous Waterloo-based high tech companies.

Harmeet Bedi
Director, Engineering

Harmeet has over 15 years experience in technology development.

Harmeet has expertise in building leading edge software products in the area of web architecture and security.  His specialties include Internet Protocols, Distributed Systems, Security, Messaging, XML, Databases and User Interface.
Harmeet was the founder and CEO of NetworkTwister, a network security company.

Harmeet received an Engineering Degree from Delhi University, India.

Amber Klaehn
Product Manager PMC

Amber Klaehn has over ten years experience in the jewellery and technology industries.

Amber came to Emforium Group as part of the acquisition of Knar Solutions Inc. where she served as Executive Director. In that role she was responsible for development, product management, sales and marketing of the Executive Jeweller software program. Prior to her appointment as Executive Director, she provided consulting services on store operations to retail jewellery stores across North America and helped them to successfully implement technology into their operations.

Amber began her career in the jewellery industry at Knar Jewellery in Guelph, ON where she was involved in every aspect of the business. She began in inventory control and progressed to retail sales before becoming manager of Knar's wholesale division. She then moved into marketing where she designed all creative materials and implemented marketing campaigns for all three of Knar's stores.

A recognized authority on technology's application for the jewellery industry, Amber is a frequent contributor to jewellery trade publications on technology matters and is a frequent speaker at industry conferences and events.

Amber received her BA from Wilfrid Laurier University, maintains CSA designation from the American Gem Society and is PMC, Pragmatic Marketing Certified.

Amber is a member of the Women's Jewelry Association.
