Marc Morin
President & CEO

Marc Morin is an experienced technology entrepreneur with over 20 years experience in technology product development.

Prior to starting Emforium Group Inc., Marc was one of the co-founders and CTO of Sandvine Corporation, which is now a publicly traded company, listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange and the London AIM Exchange. Marc helped shape the business and technology strategy for the company and its direction.

Marc was also one of the co-founders and CTO of PixStream Incorporated, which was sold to Cisco Systems in late 2000 for US$369M. As part of the PixStream business, a spin off, Kaparel Systems was created and later sold to Rittal.

Marc received an Engineering Degree from the University of Waterloo and an MBA from Wilfrid Laurier University.

Marc is an active angel investor and is involved in numerous Waterloo-based high tech companies.


David Guy
Vice President, Sales and Marketing

David is Vice President, responsible for sales, marketing and business development.

As an accomplished Sales & Marketing executive, David has 20 + years experience working with high growth emerging technology organizations.

David was responsible for channel sales and business development at Isolation System Inc. It was successfully sold to Shiva Corporation, and acquired a year later by Intel Corporation.

David's has broad experience in North America. David managed major strategic accounts for Shiva Corporation including AT&T, UUNet and Deloitte & Touche. David was promoted to manage Intel's southeastern sales team based in Atlanta GA.

David joined Arrowpoint Communications as Country Manager for Canada. Cisco Systems acquired it for more than $5 billion in 2000.

For the last 10 years, David has developed extensive experience in the infrastructure and application hosting sectors having held senior management positions with Q9 Networks Inc. and Bell Canada. At Bell Canada, David managed the largest shared web hosting portfolio in North America, built the strategy for the $50M dedicated hosting portfolio, and launched a $25M managed application hosting business as part of the broader value added services portfolio for small medium businesses. Recently, as a principle of The Flint Consulting, David sold and oversaw software development for major Canadian organizations including Bell Canada Inc. and Home Hardware Inc.

David currently resides in Toronto with his family.


Harmeet Bedi
Director, Engineering

Harmeet has over 15 years experience in technology development.

Harmeet has expertise in building leading edge software products in the area of web architecture and security.  His specialties include Internet Protocols, Distributed Systems, Security, Messaging, XML, Databases and User Interface.
Harmeet was the founder and CEO of NetworkTwister, a network security company.

Harmeet received an Engineering Degree from Delhi University, India.


Amber Klaehn
Manager, Marketing & Product Management

Amber Klaehn has extensive experience in the retail industry. She is Manager, Marketing & Product Management at Emforium Group and is responsible for the design, innovation and promotion of All-IN Software™.

Amber began her career in the jewelry industry in Canada with a chain of retail jewelry stores where she was involved in every aspect of the business. She was promoted to Manager of the wholesale division, responsible for sourcing and importing designer collections and distributing across Canada. Followed by a promotion to Marketing Director, responsible for designing creative materials and implementing marketing strategies.

In 2000 Amber became a Managing Partner of Knar Solutions Inc., which developed Executive Jeweller Software. Amber served as Executive Director, responsible for software development, product management, sales and marketing. In 2008 Emforium acquired this company.

Amber has provided retail-consulting services to independent retailers across North America.

As a recognized authority on technology's application for the jewelry industry, Amber is a frequent contributor to jewelry trade publications on technology matters and frequently speaks at industry conferences and events.

Amber received her BA from Wilfrid Laurier University, maintains CSA designation from the American Gem Society and is PMC, Pragmatic Marketing Certified.

Amber is a member of the Women's Jewelry Association.
